The mouth is full with a satiny texture and hints of tea leaves, structured by firm tannins and medium acidity. Attracted to the 'patchwork quilt' of legendary terroirs which underpins the region, his gaze fell upon upon La Liviniere, a village at the foot of the Montagne Noire, birthplace of the greatest vineyards in Minervois."
