Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

90 Pts Jay Miller - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

"Only the 2003 Marbore could be recommended among the red wines. It is a blend of 50% Tempranillo, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 5% Parraleta, and 5% Moristel fermented and aged for 18 months in a mixture of new French and American oak. Purple-colored, it emits heady aromas of scorched earth, mineral, spice, blueberry, and blackberry liqueur. Medium to full-bodied, the wine has a rustic, slightly untamed character to its intense fruit and moderate tannins. Everything is in harmony and the wine should evolve nicely for another 2-4 years and drink well for a decade."

Description:

WINE:
"The ultimate marriage! Tempranillo (50%), Cabernet (20%), Merlot (20%), Parraleta (5%) and Moristel (5%). All vinified separately and then aged for 18 months in new French or American oak casks. While completing malolactic fermentation in barrel, they undergo weekly battonages. The end result is serious stuff that tastes like it should come from Bordeaux, with sublime depth and power. It has to be tried! " -Importer

ESTATE:
"Somontano is an exceptional region in the higher reaches of Aragon and is home to over 200 viticulturists that make up the Somontano de Sobrarbe Regional Cooperative. These skilled growers recognise the importance of their work, ensuring that Bodega Pirineos and the Cooperative continue to be references for lovers of good wine."

"Here lies the true heart of Somontano; authentic viticulturists who are experts in the traditions of their homeland. A land of true contrasts, Somontano is capable of providing wines of the highest quality.Since its very beginnings Bodega Pirineos has boasted the oldest vineyards within the region and has always aimed to produce distinctive wines. In addition, a competitive company structure is backed up with a strong commitment to the highest quality."

Bodega Pirineos belongs to the Barbadillo Group and the Somontano de Sobrarbe Regional Cooperative. The former brings the experience of a large and experienced winemaking group to the winery while the latter affords it the best vineyards as well as the most expert of professionals to be found in Somontano." -Winery
