Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Best Price on Web is determined by Wine-Searcher Pro prices as of yesterday: Wine Library sells this for our sale price of $16.98 and we are the best and only price online. You must be logged into the Pro Version of Wine Searcher to see all of the results.

Free Shipping on every order of 12 or more bottles!

Please Note it may take 24-48 hours for your order to be put together for store pickup. You'll get an email when it's ready for pick up.

Description:

"This 2005 Dry Land Shiraz shows ripe sweet fruits of dark plums and spices with a hint of liquorice. A full bodied intense wine with long length. Good cellaring potential." -Winery

ESTATE:
"The Clare Valley is recognised for producing some of Australia's finest wines and so it was a natural choice for us to establish Reilly's Cottage Wines. We began operations in 1993 as a small producer of fine quality hand-made wines."

We make Reilly's wines on our premises at Mintaro in the Clare Valley using grapes from our non-irrigated vineyard. The 75-year-old vines are located just outside Watervale and depend solely on rainfall, yielding limited quantities of small delicious berries. The grapes are hand-picked and fermented in open vats, prolonging contact of skins and juice. The fermented wine is then hand basket-pressed."

"This is a slow process proving last 'pressings' which contribute to creating fine wines of intense colour and flavour. The wine is then stored in French and American Oak hogsheads for one to two years." -Importer

VINEYARDS:
(This wine is a blend of fruit from 3 vineyard sources)

Reilly's Vineyard:
"The fruit from Reilly's vineyard is used to create our premium wines from the Reilly's Range. The Shiraz fruit is used to create our Dry Land Shiraz as well as our Fortified Dry Land Shiraz while our winemaker uses Viognier and Muscat when blending our red wines."

"These vines are dry grown and non-irrigated which means the only water they receive is natural rainfall. This ensures that the fruit they produce are small concentrated grapes that are full of flavour not full of water, and this is reflected in the full bodied wines that are produced from this fruit."

Smyth's Vineyard:
"The fruit from Smyth's vineyard is used to create our premium wines from the Reilly's Range."

Stolen Block Vineyard:
"One of the most prominent growers in the Clare Valley owned an 80 year old Shiraz vineyard in Watervale which had some exceptional fruit. This fruit has previously only been accessible to some of Australia's prestige wine brands."

"Our winemaker, using his 'unique' negotiating tactics, waited one night until this particular grower had a few too many drinks under his belt. He challenged him to a game of pool with the rights to the legendary fruit as the prize."

"These vines are dry grown and non-irrigated which means the only water they receive is natural rainfall. This ensures that the fruit they produce are small concentrated grapes that are full of flavour not full of water, and this is reflected in the full bodied wines that are produced from this fruit." -Winemaker
