Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

90 Pts Wine Spectator

"A rich compote of fruit on the nose, with papaya, fresh banana, citrus fruit and just a hint of fresh ginger. Full-bodied, with excellent intensity, fresh acidity and a crisp finish. Drink now. 2,500 cases made." 90 Points - Wine Spectator

The Collio Bianco, which represents in a certain sense the wine-image of the Collio territory, is also one of the most important wines of the whole Roberto Felluga’s production. “Molamatta” is the geographic name of the place where lie the vineyard which provide this wine. A blend of 40% Pinot Bianco 40% Tocai Friulano 20% Ribolla Gialla.

"Golden yellow in colour, it is characterized by an elegant bouquet of exotic fruits when young which evolves over time developing hints of sweetness reminiscent of vanilla. Taste: It coats the palate, is warm and prolonged and the finish is well-balanced between freshness and fullness." -Winemaker

"The Collio’s hilly terrain, formed during the Eocene period, is composed of layers of sandstone and loam rock (limestone and clay) that were once the ocean floor. Today the sea, which is about twenty kilometers (12 miles) away, and the nearby Alps send afternoon breezes over the vineyards, cooling the grapes after a warm day of sun."

"Proximity to mountains and sea, along with the mineral-rich but poor soils, create the ideal situation for producing complex, well-structured wines that are very age-worthy. These soils are impermeable so rainwater flows off their surface, producing little erosion and preventing standing water." -Winery

"Depending on the level of ripeness of the different varieties, the grapes undergo a light pressing. The Pinot Bianco juice ferments and matures in small oak barrels while the remaining grapes are vinified in stainless steel vats. The wine thus obtained is left to refine six months on the lees and some months in the bottle." -Winemaker

This wine was also rated 88 Points by the Wine Enthusiast as well as 88 Points by the Wine Advocate.
