Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

90 Pts Wine & Spirits

"A big, burly cabernet with thick, meaty tannins and juicy, crowd-pleasing fruit, this is as black as molasses; ready for a T-bone or other steakhouse fare." 90 Points - Wine & Spirits

Napa Valley, California.
"The Diamond Mountain District Vineyard was originally developed in conjunction with the University of California at Davis in the late 1890's. The soil type is an Aiken series of reddish clay loam with varying amounts of rock and cobble. This mountain top vineyard is now owned by Fred Constant. The slight variation in vineyard soils, produce distinct flavor profiles, which in turn create more complex characteristics in the berries."

"The average depth is three to four feet, requiring very little irrigation. The vineyard is nestled in a fir and hardwood forest on a northeastern slope between 1800 and 2100-foot elevation. Mornings are typically fog free and cool. Northwesterly winds continue to cool the vineyard throughout the day, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly. Normal yields range between two and four tons per acre. The berries tend to be smallish, concentrated and intense. Typical Characteristics of the vineyard are cedar, anise, mineral, cassis and spice." -Winery

"The winemaking methods used in creating our Cabernet Sauvignon are the same as those perfected by the legendary Martin Ray over sixty years ago. Although labor intensive, these traditional techniques produce distinctly enhanced flavors and texture in our wines. Two weeks or open-topped fermentation and hand-punch down are time-honored winemaking practices that create rich structure in the wine."

"Minimal SO2 usage preserves fruit intensity and enhances the rich, round tannins. Thirty months in French oak, 50 percent in new oak barrels and 50 percent in one-year old oak barrels, intensify the complexity and character of the wine."

"Our Diamond Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is a tightly wound wine with a rich, concentrated structure and layers of well-integrated flavors. Enticing aromas and flavors of sumptuous cherries, black currants and ripe plums are accented by hints of vanilla oak that lead to a long, rich finish." -WInemaker

This wine also scored 88 points Wine Enthusiast and 86 Points from the Wine Spectator.
