"100 % Tempranillo Wine made with selected Tempranillo grapes, picked at optimal maturity stage, obtaining a harvest fully concentrated colour and showing noble and mature tannins."
Winemaking process: Fermentation of grapes in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 29ú C during a maceration period of 12 days. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine rests 6 months in the bottle before it is commercialized."
