Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Best Price on Web is determined by Wine-Searcher Pro prices as of yesterday: Wine Library sells this for our sale price of $59.98. There are 19 other stores that sell this wine from $52.49 and $79.99. You must be logged into the Pro Version of Wine Searcher to see all of the results!

Free Shipping on orders of 2 bottles or more!

92 Pts Wine Enthusiast

"Craig's Howell Mountain Cab typically is powerful and ripe, with bigtime tannins that require aging. The 2005 is such a wine. Made with a drop of Merlot, it shows black cherry and cassis fruit accented with lots of toasty new oak. But it’s really young, stinging the palate with astringency. Should negotiate the next 10 years with ease." -92 Points - Wine Enthusiast

This wine was also scored 89+ Points by Robert Parker of the Wine Advocate and 88 Points by both Stephen Tanzer of the International Wine Cellar and the Wine Spectator.

VINEYARD:
"A drive up Howell Mountain with the windows down on a summer day will give an indication of the exotic perfumes and flavors which await in wines from this Appellation in northeastern Napa Valley. Wild berry, sweet herbs, ground white pepper, warm stones and wildflowers are elements that appear in vintage after vintage."

"Our Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from the Winery’s 9.5-acre Estate Vineyard at nearly 2300 feet on the summit. The undernourished vines struggle in the bright red volcanic soils for an average yield of only 1.5 tons per acre, leading to concentrated dark fruit and superb tannin structure." -Winery

WINE:
"If there were a Goddess on Howell Mountain, this would be her wine! The dark, deep, wild mountain fruit and warm pepper and spice flow from the opening aromatics, over the mid-palate and through a powerful, extended finish. Unfiltered and unfined, this signature Howell Mountain Cabernet is polished and elegant for so young a wine. Supple tannins are nicely integrated to create exceptional balance and complexity." -Winemaker
