Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Best Price on Web is determined by Wine-Searcher Pro prices as of yesterday: Wine Library sells this for our sale price of $39.98 and we are the best and only price on web. You must be logged into the Pro Version of Wine Searcher to see all of the results!

Free Shipping on orders of 3 bottles or more!

Please Note it may take 24-48 hours for your order to be put together for store pickup. You'll get an email when it's ready for pick up.

92 Pts Wine Spectator

"Subtle but solid, this red shows cassis, kirsch and vanilla flavors that are fresh and balanced, with well-integrated tannins and a floral finish. Drink now through 2016. Tasted twice, with consistent notes. 4,000 cases made. –TM" -92 points Wine Spectator

WINE:
"D.O.C. Priorat Made from our own Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah varieties. The grapes are collected manually, separately and by variety, following a strict ripening control. Fermented in a stainless steel tank for 18 days, after coupage it is transferred to oak barrels where it lies for a year, and is then refined in the bottle. Dark deep red and highly presistent wine. The first impression is of the oak, blended with fruity bouquets that render it very refined and complex. Full and complex to the taste, smooth and balanced on the palate. A wine where lightly smoky and frankly pleasant fruit notes predominate. It is now at its best time for drinking, although it may be kept for a few more years." -Winery

VINEYARDS:
"El Priorat, one of the oldest winemaking areas in Spain, has been made for over eight centuries, is located in a characteristic landscape of the province of Tarragona, in a depression surrounded by mountains and watered by the river Ciurana and its tributaries. The history of wine in El Priorat dates back to the 12th Century, when the region was administered by de Prior of Scala Dei Carthusian Order, from which El Priorat wine takes its name."

"One of these conditions is its special and characteristic soil. A surface layer with some soil, the result of the stone being ground over the years on a substrate of slate- the so-called licorellas- where the vines can safely take root on the steep mountainside slopes- between 300 and up 600 metres high, with slopes of 15% and 20%- protected by plots and terraces which have become part of the region's identity."

"Another condition is the climate, cooled by the South Wind, offset by the cold north winds. Its peculiar climate makes El Priorat a land of long hot summers and cold dry winters. A land of legend, to which a group of experienced winemakers have recently turned their gaze, putting all their effort and imagination into opening up a new road which has placed these magic wines born of the stones at the top of the winemaking world." -Winery
