The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

91 Pts Wine Spectator

"Rich, robust and full-bodied red, with layers of plum, dark currant and raspberry flavors. Plenty of structure as well, with a note of elegance that should emerge more with time in the cellar. Drink now through 2012. 400 cases imported." -91 Points - Wine Spectator

VITICULTURE:
"A blend from the oldest vines on the estate (between 50 and 100 years old): 35% Grenache, 35% Carignan, 15% Lledoner Pelut, 15% Syrah. Limestone-clay soils, mainly on hillsides, pH >9. Lots of "green pruning" during the growing season: bud removal, grapevine internode and leaf stripping. Grapes picked at maximum ripeness. Sorting in the vineyard and after destemming. Harvest stored and transported in refrigerated trucks." -Winery

VINIFICATION:
"Pre-fermentary cold maceration in small stainless steel vats, with daily cap-punching and pumping-over. Temperatures controlled in the cap during fermentation phase. 20 to 25 day macerations with daily, gentle cap-punching for extraction. Devatting while still warm into one-year and two-year old barrels (Saury). Aging for 12 months in barrels without racking. Bottled without filtration after fining in tanks for 2 months. Powerful vintage that has produced a concentrated and highly aromatic wine. The silkiness of the tannins allows to drink it young, but the sunny side of the vintage will probably open up over time. Excellent aging potential." -Winemaker
