The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

"Tasted twice at UGC tastings, it was actually under blind conditions that the Climens 2007 re-confirmed its status as the best Sauternes of the vintage. It retains an ethereal bouquet of honey, white peach, apricot and orange-blossom with ethereal purity and joie de vivre. The palate is medium-bodied with exquisite balance and essence of mineralite. It balances on tiptoe with perfect acidity that effortlessly counterpoises those layers of rich honeyed fruit; the finish taut, vibrant and with a sense of place. This is outstanding in every way. Perfect? I would not bet against it deserving that loaded adjective one day in the future. Drink 2015-2050." -99 points- Neal Martin- Wine Advocate
"A big, rich wine, showing its gorgeous fruit easily. But with a core of dryness, the ripest apricots touched by caramel, it should age well over many years. There is intense power here, still hidden by the youth of the wine, but with final concentration." -98 points Wine Enthusiast
"Bright gold. Captivating, complex nose offers fresh apricot, peach and honey, lifted by an intoxicating spicy, floral scent. Very intensely flavored and precise, with superb lift and purity to the rich, silky flavors of stone fruits, honey and peppermint. As opulent and creamy as this is, it's extremely young today, conveying an impression of oomph and power. Finishes broad and very long, with superb energy. This will probably need a good 12 to 15 years to approach maturity and should be long-lived." -94 points- Stephen Tanzer- International Wine Cellar
"This delivers loads of citrus aromas, along with dried apricot and honey on the nose, as well as toffee. Full-bodied, with a medium sweetness, spicy, fruity flavors and a long, racy, spicy finish. There's toffee and caramel as well. Hard not to drink now. Best after 2014." -93 points Wine Spectator

VINEYARDS:
"The vineyards are located at the summit of the Barsac appellation, extending over 30 hectares around the chateau. The red soils are spotted with small stones which create a small bed of sandy clay and ferrunginous soil, resting on a bedrock of limestone, giving great natural drainage in the vineyards. The average age of the vines is 35 years old."
"Planted solely with Semillon, Chateau Climens is one of the rare cru level wines with a single varietal. The wine is fermented in small lots in French oak barriques that are 35-45% new. The wine is aged for 20 to 24 months." -Winery
