Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!
You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Description:
WINE:
"The harvest in 2006 reminded me of 1996, a very classic Californian style; we harvested most of the Cabernets mid October, which is average date for Napa Valley. The flavors express ripeness and intensity with blackberries being dominant. The mouthfeel is just the perfect harmony of what we worked on during our numerous sessions of blending, a combination of approachability with lush and sweet characters and longevity with dark toast, black cherry, truffles, coconut and finishing with super fine grained tannins and lively fruit." -Philippe Melka, Winemaker for Parallel
WINEMAKER:
"Food & Wine magazine's 2005 Winemaker of the Year, Philippe Melka was born and trained in Bordeaux. In addition to working side-by-side with his friends at Parallel Wines, he crafts several more of Napa Valley's most sought-after wines. In addition to their cooperation on Parallel, Philippe is working with vineyard manager Jim Barbour on wines for Lail and Hundred Acre. Philippe is also currently making wine for Vineyard 29, Gemstone, Dana Estates, Roy Estate, Seavey, PreVail and Marston. Despite his high-profile status, Philippe is humble about his many accomplishments. With a wonderful mix of humor and dedication, he applies his skills to every aspect of producing Parallel Wines." -Winery
VINEYARDS:
"The Parallel Estate is a 62 Acre property located at the upper reaches of Conn Valley, overlooking Lake Hennessey. Geographically, it is situated about one and one-half miles east of the Silverado Trail, and just south of St Helena. To date, only seven acres are planted to Cabernet Sauvignon. When the Parallel partner group decided to create Parallel Wines, they knew there was only one name to know when choosing a vineyard manager: Jim Barbour. Jim grew up in Napa Valley in the 1960s, pruning 30 acres of grapes, prunes and apples with his two stepbrothers on their ranch in Rutherford. He now manages more than 600 vineyard acres all over Napa Valley, including many that produce California's most prized wines. In addition to their cooperation on Parallel, Jim is working with winemaker Philippe Melka on wines for Lail and Hundred Acre." -Winery

The Keen family have been making cheese at Moorhayes Farm, Wincanton in Somerset since 1898 when the family first moved there. Smooth and firm textured the Neal's Yard Keen's Cheddar has long, complex, rich, nutty flavors and a tangy bite at the end.
