The 2004 Ondarre Mayor Reserva Rioja is a blend of Tempranillo and Mazuelo from Rioja in Spain and the ABV is 13.5%. The 2004 Quinta Do Romaneira is a traditional fortified Port wine from the Douro region in Portugal and the ABV is 19.5%. The 2006 Anam Cara Reserve Pinot Noir is 100% Pinot Noir from in Oregon and the ABV is 15%.

2004 ONDARRE MAYOR RESERVA RIOJA

"The grapes are selected from low yielding vines in Viana. Four weeks in the vat with fermentation controlled at 28-30 degrees C. with pumping over daily and 'delestages'. Malolactic breakdown in the cask and subsequent ageing on the lees until the first racking. Afterwards the wine was aged in oak casks. Deep cherry red with inky hues, a complex bouquet of fruit aromas, spices and smoky aromas on the nose.
