Slight hints of caramel and truffle emerge as this takes on air, making one aware of subtle botrytis presence. Ripe and effusive, satiny in texture, juicy and refreshing, this misses quite the lift and delicacy or the mineral aspect of the corresponding Spatlese, but finishes long, if with a bit of superficial sweetness.
