Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Best Price on Web is determined by Wine-Searcher Pro prices as of yesterday: Wine Library sells this for our sale price of $14.98. We are the best and only price online. You must be logged into the Pro Version of Wine Searcher to see all of the results.

89 Pts Wine Enthusiast

"This is a Bordeaux blend, using all five grapes, mostly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Forward, fruity, round and immediately appealing, this tasty effort shows good balance and supporting structure, but the real story is the bright, vibrant Washington fruit, packed in tightly and substantial enough for aging." 89 points Wine Enthusiast

"Dense and chewy, with a burnt-meat edge to the cherry and spice flavors, linger with a hint of bitterness on the finish. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot. Best after 2010. 504 cases made." 88 points Wine Spectator

"A blend of five Bordeaux varieties; aged in once-used Taransaud barrels from Quilceda Creek. Aromas of redcurrant, licorice, tobacco leaf and spices. Sweet, supple and ripe, offering more texture and depth than most of this winery's 2005 bottlings. Nicely fine-grained but tactile wine with a restrained sweetness. Cool flavors of cherry and redcurrant are complicated by tobacco, cedar and fresh herbs. Finishes with dusty tannins and good length. Owner/winemaker Gordy Rawson moved into a new facility in Woodinville in 2005 and is now seeking to make 'broader-boned, more approachable wines.' Based on the two very good wines I tasted from this winery this year, I'd expect better things ahead for Chatter Creek." 88 points - Stephen Tanzer - International Wine Cellar

WINE:
"Wine making is a combination of science art and federal regulations. I find blending to be more interesting when I abandon the 75% rule for varietal wines, laid down by the feds, and let whimsy take me where it will. Cases produced: 504."

"Merlot 39.6%, Cabernet Sauvignon 35.8%, Malbec 7.2%, Cabernet Franc 12.4%, Petit Verdot 5%. This wine sparkles with bright, ruby color. Ripe and forward, a blend of violets, cassis, and black cherry, jump from the nose. A solid up front complex wine carries starts with cassis, then warming to plumy cherry and blueberry fruit. The finish continues the interplay of the fruit and terroir, framed in by notes of toasted almonds and vanilla bean. A wine that boasts of tremendous balance and attentive winemaking." -Winery

WINERY:
"Chatter Creek winery was founded in 1996 by Gordon Rawson whose vision was to make world-class wines that showcase the unique and varied terroir of Washington State. Gordon started making wine as a hobbyist over twenty years ago while he was working for a fine wine distributor in the Seattle area. In 1987, he parlayed his enthusiasm for winemaking into a job at Columbia Winery where he had the opportunity to work with Master of Wine, David Lake."

"After working for Columbia Winery as Cellarmaster for nearly a decade, Gordon opened Chatter Creek to produce top-quality sparkling wines. In 1998, he broadened the focus of Chatter Creek to include still wines. Early in 2000, he departed Columbia Winery to focus solely on Chatter Creek. Chatter Creek specializes in handcrafted varietal wines that emphasize the diverse terroir of Washington State. Production is styled after class European wines, focused on the Rhone and Bordeaux varietals." -Winery
