Cherry pink in color, it sports inviting aromas and flavors of strawberry and raspberry leading to a dry, lively, savory Rose for drinking over the next 12-18 months. "Made in the traditional SAIGNÃE method method of bleeding off the juice - Mas Donis Rosat is characterized by very aromatic, vibrant fruit flavors of strawberry and raspberry. It is a complex, full-bodied rose with fine glycerin sweetness; ripe and fresh; long fruity finish." -Importer

VITICULTURE:
Garnacha vines (10-50 years old), younger Syrah & Merlot. Soil in the lower vineyards is alluvial while the higher vineyards and all terraces and slopes are on poor, mineral, stony soil based with some granite and slate. " -Importer

VINIFICATION:
"RosÃ© made by âsaignÃ©eâ method; most not pressed! Temperature controlled fermentation (13Âº C - 15Âº C), maceration on the skins: 10 hours. Varieties vinified separately. "-Importer

ESTATE:
"The property is situated in the village of CapÃ§anes and served for several years as the village cooperative. In the 1990âs, the co-op began making kosher wines for the Jewish population of Barcelona, and from that exposure in the much larger city, the property began to attract a greater level of interest."
