Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

92 Pts Jay Miller - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

"The 2009 Terra do Lobo Godello was sourced from steep slopes made up of granite and slate and was fermented and raised in stainless steel. Light straw-colored, it shows off a splendid nose of mineral, spring flowers, baking spices, lemon-lime, and green apple. On the palate it has a laser-like focus, great concentration, vibrant acidity, and exceptional length. It admirably reflects the excellence of the 2009 vintage in Galicia." 92 Points - Jay Miller - Wine Advocate

WINE:
"Terra do Lobo means "wolf's land" in the Galician dialect, and where the winery is located is indeed a "wolf's land." The granitic soils and old vineyards on steep slopes give the Godello grape the freshness, body and aromas to show it at its best expression. Made from 100% Godello harvested in October, this wine undergoes no aging in order to preserve the fresh, fruity character of the grape."

"Bright yellow in color, this Godello has intense aromas of apples and citrus that come through on the palate. Elegant, clean and fresh with a long and very pleasant finish. Recommended with fish, rice, pasta and seafood." -Importer

ESTATE:
"Terra do Lobo was founded 10 years ago by Antonio Diz, who known locally as “The Sneackers.” Antonio comes from one of the oldest families of vine growers in the area. Located in DO Monterrei, which has just 20 wineries and a total of 1,725 acres of vineyards, the winery located at the highest altitude in all Galicia - 2,310 meters."

"All winery vineyards are on mountainside slopes and the soil consists of a sandy “defragmented granitic stone” which is best-suited for growing delicious Godello. The average age of Terra do Lobo’s Godello vines is 45 years. According to the 2008 Peñin Guide to Spanish wine, Monterrei is “The most unknown region from Galicia that year by year is bringing better news. The varieties they have are unique.” -Importer

The Wine Spectator also rated this 85 Points.
