Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Best Price on Web is determined by Wine-Searcher Pro prices as of yesterday: Wine Library sells this for our sale price of $22.98. There is 1 other store that sells this at $22.39. You must be logged into the Pro Version of Wine Searcher to see all of the results.

Free shipping on every order of 6 bottles or more!

Please Note it may take 24-48 hours for your order to be put together for store pickup. You'll get an email when it's ready for pick up.

88 Pts Antonio Galloni - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

"The estate's 2004 Poggibano is 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Massa Marittima, in the province of Grosseto, that spends 13 months in French oak. The wine offers excellent length and inner sweetness in its dark fruit, smoke, licorice and tar, but it doesn’t quite have the expansiveness and generosity that the finest wines of this region have. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2016." (08/08)

88 Pts Wine Spectator

"Very ripe on the nose, almost jammy. Full-bodied, velvety and juicy. Long and delicious. Slightly one-dimensional, but concentrated. A new wine. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Best after 2008. 400 cases imported." - JS (10/06)

Description:

Winemaking:
"Right next to the borgo, we can visit the San Felice cantina, or wine cellar, with its winemaking and ageing facilities. This historically important complex goes back to 1800 and has been restructured at various reprises. A complete, but historically sensitive, modernisation was carried out in the 1970s, so that the cellar today ranks among most state-of-the-art in the area. Inside, the modern equipment stands side by side with large Slavonian oak botti and French oak tonneaux and barriques, in which San Felice's Chianti Classicos and other wines are matured." - Winery

Project
"Defining Agricola San Felice as a "project" means that it is far more than a simple agricultural operation, and alludes to the multi-faceted activities to which it is committed. More specifically, since it became part of the Gruppo Allianz S.p.A., San Felice's viticultural ambitions have grown in quantity and quality, focusing in particular on scientific research. At the same time, it has turned its efforts to hospitality services, livestock breeding, and environmental protection. All of this is made possible only by highly professional organisation and experienced personnel, as well as by a highly evolved business philosophy, a sophisticated work ethic, and shared goals, all of which are an exemplar of entrepreneurial excellence of which we are most proud. The soundness of the San Felice project is amply demonstrated by its success, its uninterrupted growth, and by the many accolades it has won." - Winery
