Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

91 Pts Joel Payne - Vinous Media

"Refreshing aroma of white peach and lemon balm. A subtle interplay of exotic fruits and lively acidity animates the palate. Youthfully understated but well balanced and refreshing on the finish."

90 Pts David Schildknecht - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

"I once again, reprehensively, failed to find time for a visit to Weingut Jakob Schneider, but on the strength of a 2010 Niederhauser Hermannshohle Riesling Trocken Magnus – coming on the heels of those 2009s, especially that vintage’s rendition of this particular bottling, on which I reported in issue 192 – it’s clear that young Jakob Schneider is striving for and gradually attaining excellence of a sort that at this address, following the death of his and this estate’s namesake, essentially leapfrogged two generations (to whom I mean no disrespect with that remark, and one of whom I personally got to know well). That’s important, good news indeed, given the Schneiders’ choice holdings and the fact that they farm the second-largest share of the Hermannshohle. (In fact, they own by far the largest share, but Donnhoff’s recent deal with Gut Hermannsberg – for details of which consult the introduction to my report on the latter estate in issue 192 – now makes him the largest farmer.) Young Jakob Schneiders’ prestige (“Magnus”) bottling of dry Hermannshohle delivers layers of distilled and fresh red berries and pit fruit; citrus; and nut oils, accented by wet stone and crystalline mineral notes and well-integrated fruit pit and herbal piquancy. Voluminous and firm yet persistently juicy and not at all alcoholically freighted, this should be worth following for at least another half dozen years."

Description:

Unbelieveable. If you don't drink riesling, start here! If you don't drink white wine.. Start here! The complexity in this dry riesling is mindblowing. Its has amazing flavors of minerality, easy fruit notes, with an grassy, nutty tone. This is a fuller style, but has surprising vibrancy on the lasting finish. This is an amazing price for this. Originally with a $37 release price, this quality is unmatched. The Magnus production is considered one of Jakob Schneiders premium wines. The family of Jackob Schneider have been in the wine buisness since 1575. Thats over 400 years of expertise! They maintain 52 different types of soils, mostly volcanic soils over 45 acres.

The site where the special 'Magnus' bottling is Hermannshole. The Niederhäuser Hermannshöhle is approximately 8 hectares. This is the site on the river Nahe which has been best rated by experts. Wines from the Hermannshöhle have an international reputation! A steep, south-facing slope which warms up quickly with grey slate and volcanic rock. Here we harvest our premium wines in the dry range, as well as our excellent sweet wines.
