"The 2011 Laborum Malbec is grown in Cafayate in Salta and is aged for 12 months in mostly new French oak. Focused and edgy on the nose, the fruit is very expressive and displays great clarity, with blackberry, raspberry leaf and crushed stone. The palate is smooth and harmonious on the entry with silky smooth tannins, the oak polishing the sweet core of cassis and blackberry fruit on the seductive finish. This is a superb wine from Salta. Drink now-2018. "

Description:

"Intense red, with violet notes. Bright and expressive. Red fresh fruits like raspberry and cherry, violets and roses, together with a spicy note typical from Cafayate. Vanilla and chocolate aromas given by the oak. Sweet and harmonic beginning, middle to high structure due to the firm tannins. Long and persistent final. Because of its structure, this wine can be storage for 10 years.
