"The regionâs enological emblem, il Friulano is the most widespread native vine in Friuli. To the palate, itâs full-bodied and robust, maintaining an optimal balance between freshness and softness. It is rendered even more precious thanks to its intriguing mineral flair.
The de-stemmed grapes are softly pressed and macerated at low temperatures. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in steel at a constant temperature of 16°C. The wine remains in yeast for approx. four months and after bottling, it is refined in the bottle for at least two months.
This wine is a lively yellow of mid-range intensity and it appears crystalline in the glass. Itâs perfumes are clear-cut and well-defined. Youâll discover meadow flowers, jasmine and pear. To the mouth, itâs compact and vibrant, approachable and pleasant. This wine boasts good structure and persistence and it gives off an agreeable mineral taste that adds flavor at the finish." -Winery
