You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

90 Pts Robert Parker - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

"This is becoming one of the hottest red wine values in California. Made by Bedrock Winery’s Morgan Twain-Peterson, Shebang!’s non-vintage Red VII is a blend of 46% Zinfandel, 40% Grenache, 5% Alicante, 5% Petite Sirah and 4% Sangiovese that was aged in 50% new French oak. There are 3,500 cases of this $15 beauty, so readers should be buying it by the case. A gutsy California Cotes du Rhone-like effort, it boasts plenty of peppery, meaty, roasted Provencal herb notes intermixed with kirsch liqueur and spice box characteristics as well as a lush, dense, gorgeously fruity, complex style. This killer offering admirably demonstrates what field blends of Mediterranean varietals and old vines can achieve in California. Drink this beauty over the next 1-3 years." (06/14)

Description:

WINE:
"This is a delicious blend that is spicy and full bodied. It's a fun wine that is perfect for everyday drinking but also has some serious pedigree. The base for Shebang! comes 100+ year old vines from the Bedrock Vineyard." -Importer

WINERY:
"Sherman & Hooker Shebang is a project by Morgan Twain-Peterson, the son of Ravenswood founder Joel Peterson. Morgan grew up in the world of wine in California. In addition to this project, Morgan also produces tiny amounts of old vine, heirloom red and white blends, Pinot Noir, and Syrah under the Bedrock Wine Co. label. Also noteworthy: Morgan passed the prestigious Master of Wine exam and, upon successful completion of the dissertation, will become one of the less than thirty American Masters of Wine!"

"Sherman & Hooker is named after the two Civil War generals who founded Bedrock Vineyard in 1854. It is a blend of declassified Syrah, Petite Syrah, and Zinfandel from Bedrock Wine Co., along with selected bulk lots from other small producers."

"All of the lots, whether from Morgan or from friends, were aged in French oak, and saw no chips, staves, or other gobbledy-gook. Morgan chose to make the wine a multi-vintage, multi-varietal blend in order to maintain quality at a terrific pricepoint." - Importer
