The 80 acre vineyard sits on a hillside about 1,600 - 1,800 feet above sea level with a perfect exposure to the sun, thus ensuring excellent ripeness and refreshing acidity. Fiano is a native varietal of Campania. It flourishes in both volcanic and clay soils." - Importer

"Grapes are harvested at the end of October; the must is fermented in French oak barrels and then rests on its lees for 5-6 months. Half of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for six months and blended prior to bottling; refined in the bottle for six months." - Importer
