You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

"Mouthwatering, with lush layers of ripe green melon, poached pear and apricot fruit underscored by zesty mineral notes that show hints of honeycomb, anise and candied ginger, backed by racy acidity. Delicious. Drink now through 2022. 100 cases imported. - A.N. " (07/13) |
Description:
Wine:
"Friulano is a true expression of the territory for which it was named (it used to be called Tocai). it bears a moderately intense straw-yellow color. its mineral scent combines with the scent of a cultivated garden (hints of sage and flowers). The palate is full-bodied, with a sharp sensation of toasted almonds on the finish. Friulano pairs well with cold- cuts and cheeses, and it is excellent when served with fish, risotto and omelettes." - Importer
Vinification:
"Grapes are de-stemmed and soft pressed.alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel containers at controlled temperatures. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, it is left on the yeasts for approximately 4 months before bottling. it rests in bottle for another 2 months." - Importer
Winery:
"Azienda Agricola Poggiobello vineyards are located in a territory internationally recognized as one of Italy's best for the production of white wine. Over the years, as part of the Le Tenute di Genagricola portfolio of wineries, significant land improvement projects have been made, creation of canals to drain rain water, construction of terraced vineyards and planting of new vineyards. This has allowed Poggiobello to become the largest single- plot winemaking company in the Colli Orientali del Friuli area."
"The company boasts a surface area of 110-hectares, ninety of which host cultivated vineyards. it grows ancient indigenous varieties like Ribolla Gialla, Friulano, Refosco, Verduzzo Friulano and Picolit (of which Poggiobello owns the largest portion of the Colli Orientali Consortium). The company also grows the most known international varieties such as merlot and sauvignon, which have been cultivated in this territory for centuries."- Importer
