You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Description:
This pack includes 1 bottle of 2008 Tertulia Cellars Horse Heaven Hills Cabernet Sauvignon, and 1 bottle of 2005 Convento San Francisco Ribera Del Duero.
2008 Tertulia Cellars Horse Heaven Hills Cabernet Sauvignon:
"A smoky note adds depth to the rich black currant, blackberry, grilled red pepper and tomato vine flavors that linger on the middleweight finish. The tannins are present but refined. Best from 2014 through 2018. 497 cases made. -HS"(11/12) - 92 Pts Wine Spectator
Wine:
"The fertile soil and terrain of the Phinny Hill Vineyards are unique products of two types of the largest floods that have ever occurred, eruption of the greatest flood basalt lava flows known on earth and a series of catastrophic ice age glacial floods with flows so large that they permanently altered the landscape of Eastern Washington. At Phinny Hill, this combination of geography and geology combines to produce conditions for growing exceptional wine grapes from which many award-winning wines are produced."
"Grapes were hand-picked, and sorted before being destemmed, so only the finest fruit found its way into the wine. We pumped over twice daily for gentle extraction during fermentation. Post fermentation, the wine was aged in 100% new French oak for 20 months. 100% New French Oak." -Winery
This was also rated 88 points in the International Wine Cellar. -----------
2005 Convento San Francisco Ribera Del Duero:
"The 2005 Covento San Francisco is 90% Tempranillo and 10% Merlot with 50% of the Tempranillo vineyards dating from pre-phylloxera times. The wine was sourced from 46 different sites. Opaque purple-colored, it offers a superb bouquet of pain grille, pencil lead, spice box, saddle leather, and blackberry. Opulent, full-bodied, rich, and concentrated, the wine has terrific depth and enough structure to evolve for at least 6-8 years. This lengthy wine will come into its own by 2018 and drink well through 2035." (02/08) - 93 Pts Jay Miller - The Wine Advocate
Wine:
"The fruit is sourced from a variety of vineyard sites around Ribera del Duero. In Olivares del Duero and Qintanilla de Onesimo, the soils are calcareous. In Penafiel, the soils become sandier. Near Burgos (Gumiel de Mercado), farthest east, the sites are at their highest elevations and the soils are sandy with alluvial and marl components."
"Each site is selected for its altitude, latitude and soil composition. 50% of these vineyards are pre-phylloxera and have very old vines. A blend of 90% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) and 10% Merlot. Fermentation occurs in very small stainless steel vats, punched down twice daily by hand. The wine is then aged in French and American barrels for 15 months."
"Very deep in color with a nose of tobacco and black fruits. The palate shows tobacco, blackberry, anise, black cherry and clove flavors, with the animal overtones typical to the district. Excellent structure and a lingering finish." -Importer
Winemaker:
"Javier Garcia Diez (Peter Sisseck's right hand for several years in Hacienda Monasterio) is proprietor and winemaker of this tiny, modern winery built inside a lovingly restored 14th century monastery in the fortress town of Penafiel. The vines run from 86 to 102 years of age, carefully balancing the region's three predominant soil-types, and are sourced from 46 different vineyard sites in Ribera del Duero." -Winery
