Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

88 Pts Ian Dagata - Vinous Media

"Medium-deep straw-yellow. White stone fruits, yellow plum and minerals on the nose. Juicy and cool in the mouth, with a slightly tart edge to the yellow apple and plum flavors. Finishes clean, juicy and persistent." 88 points - Ian D'Agata - International Wine Cellar

"There's a nutty, toasted element to the bouquet that is followed by mature melon and stone fruit. This wine is luscious and creamy and shows very nice density on the close. This is a clear step above your standard Grigio. M.L." 88 points Wine Enthusiast

WINE:
"The color is an intense straw yellow with copper hues. The aromas are that of golden delicious apples, honey and wild flowers. Additional time in the bottle before release lends harmonious structure and an elegant balance to this often simplified varietal. A perfect wine as an aperitif or to pair with soups, antipasti, light meat and fish dishes. " -Winery

VINIFICATION:
"The soil is a dark red clay consisting of alluvial deposits, minerals, and calcare. The grapes are hand harvested. Vinification begins with soft pressing of 60% whole clusters immediately after harvesting. The remaining fruit is destemmed, and left on the skins for 24 hours of cold maceration before pressing. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aged on the lees in stainless steel for 6 months with frequent batonnages." -Winery
