"The grapes come from our vineyards. Was harvested on 27 October to 6 November after careful tasting of grapes in each plot. Handpicked in boxes. Select from the strain and the winery."

The Winemaking:
"Between 23 and 25 days of maceration in steel tanks for 100Hl inixidable. Extraction by pumping and bazuqueos. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months." -Winery
