Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Description:

"The 2009 Valpolicella has a deep ruby color, with garnet hints. The aromas are complex, with typical ripe fruit, and vanilla and wild cherry preserve notes. The flavors are warm, clean and concentrated, yet soft with an elegant, lingering spicy, toasty finish. This wine has a rich, robust character, with an ability to age." -Importer

WINERY:
"Established in 1964, The House of Lamberti stands on the shores of Lake Garda in the Veneto region of northern Italy. Named after one of Verona's oldest families, whose name graces the famous tower in the city's Piazza delle Erbe, this innovative winery is credited with having re-vitalized classic wines from this area, adapting them to consumption trends. From the vineyards of the Veneto, the estate crafts a range of 'New Italian Classics,' brilliant, elegant and approachable wines that combine tradition with a modern style that's very popular today." -Importer

VINEYARDS:
"The vineyards are spalliera-trained (espalier in France) on clay-limestone soils rich in gravel. The wine goes through the ripasso process whereby Amarone pomace is added to the blended wine and the wine is left to re-ferment for 10 days. The wine is aged in Slavonian oak casks for 12 months. Corvina: 40%, Molinara: 30%, Rondinella: 30%." -Importer
