ESTATE:
"Agricole Vallone was founded in 1934 as a family-run winery. Today, it is directed by Vittoria and Maria Teresa Vallone, who have relied on the technical assistance of viticulturalist Donato Lazzari for many years now, and on the winemaking guidance of consultant Graziana Grassini. The administrative offices are in Lecce, while the growing and winemaking are located in the areas covered by Salice Salentino DOC, Brindisi DOC, Salento IGT, as well as Colline Brindisine DOP. These are the zones traditionally prized for their exceptional grape- and olive-growing environmental conditions, all of them in the province of Brindisi, in the heart of the Salento peninsula."

"The three estates cover a total of 600 hectares, with 170 planted to vineyard, 120 to olives, and the remainder to other agricultural crops, in particular artichokes and vegetables, which are distributed nationally and used in the food processing industry.
