This is a single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the best vineyards UKO owns. It spends 12 months in French Oak which is where the richness of the wine comes from.
Expect Intense dark purple red aromas. Black pepper, red pepper and red fruits, notes of chocolate, clove, and coffee. Long and smooth on the palate. This is a tremendous bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon at a price far less than what you might expect!
