"Intriguing lines of sanguine rust and iron meet with baked red plum, cranberry and wet campfire on the dynamic nose of this blend of 45% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Franc and 9% Petit Verdot. There's a woody, savory kick to the palate, where smoked beef and cranberry-cherry compote flavors align. -MK"
"In addition to our vineyard being certified organic, our winery is CCOF Certified Organic. This means during the winemaking process, we do not use any harsh chemicals. We want a natural wine that is a true expression of varietal and vintage. We aim to make vibrant refreshing white wines and soft velvety red wines. When it comes to SO2, we are using a minimal amount just enough to preserve the freshness of the wine. And in some cases when the PH is right we are not using any at all. Our oak regiment is always French Oak, but we really dialing it back predominately using neutral barrels that wonât overpower the wine. Our objective is to bring âminimalismâ and biodynamics to our region. We make authentic wine, without manipulation."
