These wines are full-bodied with plenty of tannin and acid which allow the wines to age for a long time. Notes of big red fruits and earth while young, mellow out into a beautifully balanced and elegant wine.
If you want to drink this young, decant for 30 minutes and you will find the wine opening up and expressing more of the natural savory notes.
