Garnet colored, our Moulin à Vent vieilles vignes is complex red wine. Located in the town of Chenas in the old town, the flagship of the wines is remarkable for its richness, structure and subtlety. A racy wine combining finesse and elegance is accompanied by notes of black fruits, pepper, truffle. The Moulin à Vent is a wine of guard par excellence. The Moulin-à -vent remains intense and tannic. It is said of it, that thanks to its robustness, that with the age, it would tend to "pinot", thus getting closer to its Burgundy neighbors by the evocation of cherry flavors proper to this grape variety." - Winery
