"Expressive and refined, with lively red currant, orange zest and spice flavors that build complexity toward a vibrant finish. Drink now through 2021. 2,015 cases made. -TF"

Description:

"This wine is one of our finest Cabernets that we have made to date. Selective vineyards and winemaking practices were utilized to create a powerful yet balanced Cabernet Sauvignon that demonstrates the advantages that WA State has in the world of winemaking- longer growing days, deficit irrigation and minerally rich soils from the Missoula Floods thousands of years ago. This Cabernet Sauvignon is one that you will want to enjoy for many years to come as it develops in the bottle and with aging. Cheers!

The fruit is black as night on the nose, with black cherry, blackberry and cassis mingling with light spice and heavy earthiness. The palate is also dominated by dark fruit, vibrant blackberry, deep dark currant and plum set in a bowl of light spice and smooth tannins. The finish is cedar, cherry flesh and blackberry. " - Winery
