2013 Rilasso Moscato
The grapes were destalked and led into a pneumatic press, and gently pressed. The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 16 and 18° C. The wine was fermented completely dry, after which concentrated grape sweet grape must was blended into the wine. The end result is a fruity sweet and fresh wine with fine Moscato aromas.
2014 La Bollina Gavi Ventola Barrique
"Still white wine, color Straw yellow with golden hues, characterized by Jasmine flowers and almond, accompanied by a slight hint of pear, peach and vanilla, Good acidity that gives freshness, minerality and persistence opposing and balancing the softness of natural light sur-ripening grapes." - Winery
