The vineyards of Sancerre is from 2600 hectares of Sauvignon for the whites and Pinot Noir for red and rose.
The Dauny family is an old family vineyard of Sancerre region which grows grapes on the hillsides deemed to Champtin since 1683.
Nicole and Christian Dauny represent the twelfth and thirteenth generation is ensured by their son Benoit and Thibaut.
It was in 1964 that the vineyard has been completely converted into organic farming. The goal is to improve the fertility of long-term soil and eliminate many forms of pollution and to provide consumers a healthy product, natural and balanced.
So our wines come from vines grown without chemical fertilizers, without weedkiller, insecticide or miticide free, synthetic fungicide.
