Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!
You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

93 Pts Wine & Spirits
"This domaine covers 37 acres of sauvignon on three different soils - Kimmeridgian marls, clay-limestone and sandy limestone. The wine ferments in stainless steel, then rests on its lees for several months, a straightforward way to capture the powerful expression of this ground. It's held in a bitter lemon and grapefruit rind flavor underscored by minerality. The acidity feels like part of the fruit saturation, even as you can feel it skittering around the edges of the mouth, insisting that you drink more. The flavors contrast a dark, earthy scent of chipped stones with the fragrance of white flowers and roses, feeling summery in the middle, lasting into autumn."
"The Domaine de Bel Air in Pouilly Fume is a family estate that dates back to the 19th century. It is now run by Gerard Mauroy and his two children, the eighth generation to oversee the domaine. Together they farm 12 hectares according to the principles of "lutte raisonnee," or minimal intervention. Grass is planted between the rows and grape bunches are thinned during the growing season in order to temper the vigor of the Sauvignon Blanc. Their vineyards are well situated on hillsides that overlook the Loire and have good exposure to the sun. The soils types found in their different parcels correspond well with the three main types found in Pouilly Fume, namely marnes kimmeridgiennes, argilo-calcaire called locally caillotes and sables calcaires. Vinification is carried out in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks after the grapes have been very gently pressed. The wine rests "sur lie" until bottling in April. Sustainable"
