The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

"The 2012 Alvarinho, a recent submission, is something not often seen in Douro (note that it actually has the Duriense regional appellation). It was all aged in tank. It may be unusual, but it is quite good. Rather intense on the finish and a bit green, it sports herbaceous nuances and a very focused mid-palate with notable underlying acidity. It finishes quite dry. If you like the style, this should be rather bracing and a lot of fun, a great warm weather drink. Itâs still warm somewhere, no doubt. There were 1,000 cases produced. Drink now-2016." Reviewed December 2013

"Features a minty note to the baked apple, grapefruit and ripe melon flavors. Accents of lemongrass show on the broad, lightly smoked finish. Drink now. 3,000 cases made." Reviewed 2014
"Background Information: For more than 175 years members of the Delaforce family have been associated with excellent Port wine from the famous Douro Valley of Portugal. David Delaforce is now working in close cooperation with Real Companhia Velha (RCV), the owner of the Delaforce brand, to produce and market world-class Douro wines side by side with the renowned Delaforce Ports. He is heading up the wine selection and marketing while Pedro Silva Reis, chairman of RCV, manages affairs on the home front. Two of RCV's premium vineyards, Aciprestes and Cidro, have been chosen to provide the grapes for this exciting project.
"Alvarinho is believed to be the best Portuguese white variety, producing wines with a great character and individuality. Therefore, it was the white grape strategically selected to be marketed alongside the Delaforce red wine range.
"Winemaking and Maturation: The grapes are crushed on a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature. No barrel ageing. 100% of the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks for 3 months before bottling.
"Appearance: Clean, clear and bright pale yellow colour.
Nose:Fruity Aromas tempting floral notes.
Mouth:The combination of fruity aromas and a palate highlighted by crisp acidity and flavourful minerality make this Alvarinho a classic example of the variety." - Winery
