Find the best possible Pinot Grigio we could buy in the under $20 price point. After tasting dozens of bottles earlier this year, the 2013 Nals Margreid Pinot Grigio was the clear standout. Spring is here. Summer is around the corner. This is the bottle to have!
How much did we love it? Let's just say this. It is by far the most exciting white wine we have on tap for the summer months ahead. It's clean, refreshing and ultra crisp. It's the kind of wine that leaves you coming back for another glass. Quickly.
On top of all of that, it has a couple of other key points going for it:
1) - The rating: We're not the only ones who raved over this wine. James Suckling issued a 91 Point score and after tasting it for the first time, we could see why! In fact, we were surprised it didn't merit even a higher score!
2) - The overall crowd "wow factor": This is the one that is most exciting to us. Bring a few bottles of this to your next party and watch what people say.
